Hot Shot Bimini BoaTops Covers (54′′ Height) The Hot Shot Bimini BoaTops Covers (54′′ Height) manufactured with the same great features as the current tops, these units are sold with the Frame, Fabric Tops and Storage Boots packaged separately. Frames available in bright dip Anodized Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Stainless steel frames come with stainless steel fittings, bright dip Anodized Aluminum frames come with Marine Grade Nylon Hardware. Fabric Tops are available in Hot Shot , Ultima , or Sunbrella brand fabrics. Selecting the Right Bimini Top & Frame *Remember; The combination of height and length determine how much shade your Bimini BoaTop will provide. Think about how you use your boat and what you want to shade; for example, if you want to shade yourself and your children in the back, you probably want the longest Bimini available in a medium height. If you are out fishing by yourself most of the time, you probably want the higher, shorter Bimini BoaTop . Step 1 . . . Select the Frame Determine the length: 4ft, 6ft, or 8ft. Determine the height: 36′′, 42′′, or 54′′ (this is the maximum standing height under the frame; measured from the mounting points). Determine the width: 60′′ to 103′′ Measure from the mounting point on one side of the boat, to the same location on the opposite side of the boat (this is not the same as “Beam width” or boat width). Widths of the Bimini Boat Tops are specified in increments of 6” (choose the width that best matches your mounting point measurement). Frames are designed as “knock-down” frames, meaning they snap together via double sided snap buttons. 3-Bow or 4-Bow: This refers to the number of bows that make up the frame. 3-bow for the 4 ft and 6 ft length tops, and 4-bow for 8 foot long tops. Step 2 . . . Select the Fabric: Hot Shot acrylic coated polyester fabric. Pigment dyed, 6.25 oz/sq yd, treated for water repellency and mildew resistance. Hot Shot value to performance ratio makes it ideal as an economical Bimini Top material. Ultima urethane coated polyester fabric. Solution dyed 7.0 oz/sq yd, tread for water repellency and mildew resistance. The ultimate combination of UV performance and strength! Sunbrella 9oz. solution dyed acrylic, the premier performance fabric for marine applications. With it’s legendary combination of durability, water repellency, breathability and beautiful style, Sunbrella fabric is the perfect material for shading on land or on the water. Step 3 . . . Select the Storage Boot Zippered storage boots provide a convenient way to keep your top clean and neat while being stored. Boot sizes determined by frame width. Boots are available in the same fabrics as the tops above. All boots feature full length separating zippers for easy on/off.
